Registration

Register before June 1 and receive a significant meeting registration fee discount. Payment due on-site at the meeting. There are three easy ways to register for this meeting:

1. On-line Meeting Registration: REGISTER now online through our secure site with one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
2. Register by Fax: Download the registration form and fax the form to: 916-446-5760.
3. Register by Mail: Download the registration form and mail the form to: CSG-WEST 1107 9th Street, Suite# 730 Sacramento, CA  95814.

IMPORTANT: If you plan to register online, DO NOT complete paper form and mail or fax back.

Please allow 10 business days to receive your registration confirmation packet in the mail. 

All meeting materials, including the program and name badge, will be available for pick-up on-site at the Westin Edmonton when you check in at the registration desk.
